I miss buying auctions. There are some things that people have that I desperately want but they do not sell because they think nothing of them, or monster pieces that I need and someone else is willing to kill for me. Also, they were a good way to get items with higher than average stats.

I know . I never really know what price to sell my stuff because the prices change often. Also, i rather the BUYERS offer a price rather than me offering the price cause i always think my prices are too low Can't merch to save my life =P

So you'd lose money. <_<

IThrowFastI found them useful to get stuff cheaper. If there were 20 60% GFA scrolls worth 7m each(random example), then some idiot would bid 6.8m on all 20 of em and I would have to bid 7.3(500k increment) >.> Buying auctions I could probably get a bit under 6.8 :D

Sam613 : Why did mrbasil get rid of them Useless. Buying auctions pretty much always had outrageous offers which were either too low or too high to be sold. It's the same thing, but saves less bandwidth with only selling auctions. Just wait until you find something you want.

What if we started a petition for buying auctions? Are petitions allowed in the forums?

Sam613 : Oh, so you're saying it was a bandwith issue? What if we started a petition for buying auctions? Are petitions allowed in the forums? Well, it's always good to save money. Petitions are pointless. There was a poll before; and majority said that they wanted them back; nonetheless, they will not return. Most of the mods even disagree with it. There have been more complaints than satisfaction in buying auctions. Plus, more than half of them were probably not sold; due to outrageous offers. If you want a certain item, wishlist it and hope that it comes. Selling and buying auctions are the same; so why have two? It's the same thing if a person has the item or not. If the person has the item they want to sell, what would they logically do? Put up an auction. If the person who has the item with the specs you want, they're most likely going to put up an auction, which would be the same as a 'Buying' auction; you just have to look for it.
