Update - EMS players Still not able to get EMS updates working. I've put the submit player page back up but EMS updates are disabled until I can get it working. Thanks for your patience. Original Post Hello Basilers, The introduction of Cygnus Knights, coupled with the fact that not all versions of MS have an official rankings page (ie, MSEA) has complicated the process of adding a player and resulted in many bugs/issues. I appreciate everyone's patience as I've worked to resolve these issues in a fair and balanced manner such that MSEA players were not crippled in any way from submitting player pics and info. As such, the add player page has been updated. If you've experienced issues, I urge to try out the new system and report any issues you have below. This new page is still in beta so there are likely to be some bugs, but we hope you find the new setup to be much easier. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Note: The 'add a player' button has been moved to the main BasilID bar just next to the status indicators (Online, Profil3, etc).

I cant re-add a character because it says to select a job and i seletected beginner because its a begginer. and it still wont work.

Hey Mr.Basil, This has been going on for awhile now... My character is the "image not found" box. On nexons rankings, i am a box as well. This morning I woke up to find that my character had been deleted for some reason, so i added it back and had the same problem. My only solution is to make my same character in Bannedstory but i think that's against the rules. Thanks.

umm before it didn't let me get my pic from the official ranking page , now it does so i click and it doesn't cange my character! it changes my lvl automatically but not my look :S

@mrstalker: that's strange, never seen/heard of that before. Did you try contacting Nexon about it? You are welcome to upload your own pic, make sure to follow the guidelines. @skiwizard: what option are you selecting for the player pic dropdown? @Os1ris09: what are you selecting? @Akkine: I'll look into this. @ mr b. when I am basil It shows me my char as someone elses char in less I go to ym basil id, and same for when I look at other people

WHen I try to add my own pic for my avatar, it doesn't do anything. I browse for the picture, then click update, then nothing happens.

Why cant i see the add player button? its not next to the profil 3 :s Cant find it.

At the moment it is not possible to change the level of a player.

I'll try to wait it out until the next patch Mr.B, maybe it'll be fixed by then. I don't want to try to get my bannedstory char the right size as a standard char just yet, but thanks for the advice.
