Unscrupulous : Power Stance: 1. Hunt for "Green Paper" storybook from a Crimson Balrog, then talk to your 4th job instructor. 2. Now talk to Spiruna found in Cloud Park in Orbis. Give her the "Green Paper". 3. Talk to your fourth job instructor. He will instruct you to find a "Bluish paper" that drops from Lycanthropes. 4. Once you acquire the Blue Paper, talk to your fourth job instructor again. 5. Venture to El Nath and talk to your 3rd job instructor. He will give you another quest to find a Gold Medal. 6. Enter the El Nath PQ and complete it successfully to obtain the Gold Medal. 7. Return to your fourth job instructor, and he will trade you a skillbook for Power Stance for your Gold Medal. I advise that you bring a bishop/AM to El Nath PQ, it'll make things a whole lot easier.

I did the quest solo and it's pretty easy. The only reason I say to bring a party in is because the monsters in the "El Nath PQ" drop lv 10 skillbooks for bowmen and thieves (possibly mages too) and they'd really appreciate you helping (plus it makes it easier for you). You fight toned-down versions of Crimison Balrog and Lycanthrope in the PQ. From what I've noticed, the CRogs are the ones more likely to attack Tylus using their dark energy ball attack. Lycans don't attack very much, so kill the Crogs as they appear and then do the Lycan after. If you stand near Tylus and kill everything you see (should be one or 2 hit kills), it'll be over in no-time.

that is true even though i have not been a hero or 4th job warrior i have seen many vidoes of the C. Rogs using magic to hit them.. So get some ranged and combat my idea is a Shadower for close and u NL BM MM or mage u can chose for distance

Maybe it's because I did the quest in my early lv 12x, but it was difficult for me to keep all the spawns off Tylus. In the end, I had to go in numerous times to help a bunch of people get their skillbooks so it wasn't difficult at all to get a party.
