Dexless DW Equips

Hey guys, I was just wondering, is it manditory for dexless warriors to get a high dex Crusader chainmail? Or can I just get some 10+ Dex earrings to replace it with so I can use a strength overall? Or maybe even some accuracy shoes. Also if you guys wouldn't mind telling me what the ''must have'' equips for dexless warriors are? Thanks
