When I was in grade 3, there was this kid named justin who'd always kill animals and birds, more than often crows, he was always a devious liar, and a theif, he'd put knifes into other kids desks and tell the teacher, he'd steal other kids school supplies and lie about it, and did he ever get in trouble once for lying? NO! But... One day, I hoped something seriously bad would happen to this kid, since he was due for some devine punnishment. Well, I didn't think too much into it, since god doesn't really have any meaning to me. But 2 years later, his entire apartment burned to the ground because some fat man on the other side of the building left a cigarette on his porch. He lost everything he owned, all his toys, his belongings and the home him and his 2 parents and brothers lived. The question is... Was this Karma?

Believing in Karma is the same as believing in god, It's a faith thing. you have to choose if you believe yourself so i can't really tell you.
