Anyone short and becoming a freshman at highschool?

Well I am sure becoming a short freshman this year, I'm afraid that people will pick on me because I'll stick out so much. Oh and by the way, is anyone taking full AP courses? I signed up for this program and now I'm scared of the work load. I was smart in grade 8, and still am, but I'm not sure if I can pass and do well. Btw for those who took or is taking AP courses, can you describe what it's like or is going to be like? PS: I'm 4'10. Edit: I'm 13 years old.

I was, but I grew over 8th grade. I'm like 5'1, which is still short, but not ridiculously short.

Holy Pickle. I'm currently about 5'8 or 5'9-ish. But, when I became a freshman, I was like... 5'2? Kind of short.

We have "little people" at my school and they fit in perfectly. Hell people gawk at me for being 6'4

no one really cares to be honest, you'll fit in where you'll fit in. ( and usually all the short dudes i know in there freshmen year, turn into beast by there senior year )

I can't relate, sorry. :L But supposedly I'm going to be starting the ~best~ year of high school in like three weeks. I just wish that there's someone new at school who isn't all fake or boring like everyone else.

I was about 6 feet when I went into high school. But don't worry. There is this little 3"8 kid. Everyone thinks he is so cool just because he is that short.
