I was looking at YouTube vids and I always see BWs getting there meteor skill at 110? Is there a requirment level to get this skill? Ty and if so please list level

To get Ifrit: First at level 100 head over to your Knight Commander. Talk to her, and then go to the right all the way to the end of Ereve (the place with the 4 floors.) Go up to the third floor, and enter the door. Inside the room defeat the nerfed version of a boss (Snowman, Crimson Balrog, Dodo, or Lilino) and collect their ETC drop. Head back over to your Knight Commander. To get Meteor Shower: First at level 110 head over to your Knight Commander. Talk to her, and then go to the right all the way to the end of Ereve (the place with the 4 floors.) Go up to the fourth floor, and enter the door. Inside the room defeat the nerfed version of a boss (Manon, Griffey, Leviathan, or Pianus) and collect their ETC drop.
