i Can't Make a Cygnus?

I cant Make a Cygnus, i made an Account, and got a warrior to lvl 20, and made a cygnus , (yes my first one) so basically i got 2 slots left, i make another lvl 20 and try and make another cygnus knight, but it says i dont have any slots? wth! do yuo get 3 CK slots? atm i got 2 warrioes and 1 cygnus can anyone help and also if u delete one warrior that is a parent of a CK wud the CK dissapear:S help!

Accounts created after the recent CK patch won't receive the extra character slot given to them. You're going to have to buy Character Slots in the Cash Shop if you want to make another CK. :

hmm same thing kinda happened to me, try this : go to the maplestory homepage log in change your main to the lvl 20 and then go back on maple. should work.
