Amoria PQ Crash

Recently, well just right after the Cygnus patch, I've been on my APQ mule just to fetch a few Onyx Apples to sell. So its the usual. I get my 10 Lip-Lock keys, walk over to Amos and get the Entrance pass. I get myself into a party and talk to Amos to get inside and as soon as I am teleported into the map, Maplestory crashes. Now whenever I try to log into the mule it disconnects in that SAME spot where it crashed in the first place. I can't even log into it anymore. I've asked my friend to try to log onto it and it worked fine for him. Btw, I am using Windows XP. If anyone could help, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

Ask your friend to log into your account and move him into a different map that might work because the map might be bugged

Yeah, I've done that. But the thing is, how am I suppose to APQ at my own house? I hope Nexon fixes this, APQ is always getting messed up.

Um Its just probably you...I don't think anyone I ever pqed with has ever had that problem.

If its me, then wouldn't this problem had happened long before? This whole crash thing started right after the Cygnus patch. It was fine before.

I have had the EXACT same thing happen with 2 characters. I've been looking for help on basil for days and I logged a ticket, but no response so far. If you get the solution, please(!) pm me. I'll stay to look at this thread.

Sounds like your map.wz file is corrupt or something. Try redownloading Maple if you haven't already.

My friend now has the same problem, and I asked around and many more people seem to be getting this. Is there really no-one that knows how to fix it? For some extra info: Redownloading doesn't work, not does restarting you computer or repairing the corrupt files.

this happened to me, i kept dcing on 1 char in 1 map. go to a frend house/ different computer, log in there, and get out of that map.

There are more people having this problem. Same for the Cygnus hall 2.
