Can't play in full screen mode.

So I just came back from maplestory a few days ago and everything was working perfectly until yesterday. Whenever I'm in full screen mode the screen turns black and stays black. When I'm in windowed mode everything is working perfectly. I have tried reinstalling and I still have the same problem. Is there any way to fix it? Thanks in advance.

It could be that your computer is lagging so try to get rid of some extra files or your PC.

try changing your screen resolution.

My screen resolution right now is 1204x678 cause it seems like its the only one that fits the screen.
