annoying noise in hard drive

When I play MapleStory, every few minutes I hear a loud WHIIIIIIRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR from the fan in my hard drive. It's really annoying... I tried restarting my computer, deleting files, but it wont s~t~f~u -.-" Anyone have a solution? :/

Mine used to do that it means there are too many dust in the fan. You must take your computer apart and remove all the dust from the fans ( all of them). I used a dust blower thing that cleans keyboards(forgot what they are called).

Dust cleaning may work, but that's only if it's a heat problem.
