help with pin reset

i can't remember my pin. i have a hotmail email account. when i go to mail and open the message nexon sent me i can't just click it because hotmail thinks everything is harmful. i usually just copy and paste the code and it says your account has been resest. now it just says error message was not found or something like that. what should i do? quit? yeah for all you idiots who are going to say it, don't bother. you're not being clever anymore. i need serious help

What happens if you try to login after the reset? It should be pin-less so you can just set a new pin. That's how pin reset works.

i mean like it wont even take me to the page where is says your pin has been resest. i can't do anything the the pin reset thing nexon sends me

I use a hotmail account for that too, but it works fine... If you want me to do it for you, fine, PM me.

yeah, it worked all the other times i did it. it's just not working now. and sorry i leave all my fundings on that account. i can't risk it

Ofcourse. I wonder whats the problem then. You could try sending another pin reset email or click the link with another pc.

same thing with me, i click pin reset and some keyvalue comes out instead of a link

Yeah, it seems bugged. When they send you the email, all you get is a keyvalue along with a bunch of random letters o_o

ok, im glad it's not just me.. but for some reason my pin was changed. i dont think it's a keylogger because my hermit and mule isnt stripped... D: i hope it's not a keylogger

Isn't there a button on hotmail that says "Mark as...." and you can choose to mark it as safe, so that it will show the message? I have hotmail, and thats' what I do. UNLESS, it's all red and hotmail thinks it's "harmful" then all you can do is click "show all" or something to show all of the message.
