I can't level up?

My experience bar has been stuck at 99.98%, and every time i gain exp the percentage doesn't go up. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

The exp goes down, but the percentage still stays at 99.98%

i had the exact same problem, but i just continued to train and after quite some time i lvlt. Maybe just get over the exp?
