wtf is wrong with my account?

i got a different password because at first it said i entered the wrong pass (which i did not). So i entered in the temp pass, then it said i cant change it because it was incorrect (wtf?) And when i tried to log on with the temp pass, it STILL said it was wrong. i did not change my info or give it out to anybody. I haven't even been on for a while. Can someone help me pls?

You COULD have gotten keylogged. I suggest you do a virus scan ASAP.

if u copy pasted from email u need to backspace the last letter cause when u ctrl-v it types v at end

Use the temp password on the site. Also, you probably will need your Last name and birthday to change the password (on the site).

Same thing happen to me when you copy and paste your temp password because its bold it adds a few spaces just copy the temp password into a txt doc then copy it one more time without the extra spaces.

create another account and log a ticket.
