| No, you do not go str-less, you go low-str. Str-less will be equaled by normal and low-str in the 80's, and by 90+, their tails will be getting served to them. So if you plan on going to a higher level (which you certainly seem to) then low-str is where you want to be. Low-str > str-less and normal build. Items: Things that give you atk, str, and dex, in that order of importance. Atk obviously because it's atk, str because the more str you have from equips, the lower your base str, and dex as a further means to boost your attack range. Some things to invest in for max damage capabilities: ZHelm, atk WG, Deputy Star and MoN later on, PAC (scrolled for STR will aid you more in the low-str bit, but hey, if you can find one scrolled for more dex, go for it) and some shoes with some DEX scrolled into them (since I don't think you can scroll shoes for STR? Correct me if I'm wrong.) Overall is your choice, but considering if you say funding is not an issue, when the maker skill comes out, start working on getting the supplies needed to make yourself a kickass level 90, 100 or 110 pirate overall, as the will have higher base stats to begin with than something like a sauna, and there fore will be more beneficial to you when you finish scrolling them. Scroll for str or dex, your choice I suppose, on whether or not you already have enough str by that point in time for your end-game gun. Bullets. Honestly the level 30 and 50 bullets don't make a huge difference, but if you really feel like shelling the mesos out for it, be my guest. You will want the level 70 Vital bullets though, and then once you get past 90, start working on converting over to Shinies. Before level 70 I never carried more than 8 sets of bullets on me at any one time, you just don't go through them that fast until you get burst. You'll want somewhere from 8-15 sets of Vitals though, I personally run 10 sets, but the number varies between individuals. Also will eventually want to pick up a glaze and blaze capsule, not a necessity, but when you use those skills without their corresponding capsule, damage is only 50%. Some people say you want two sets of each elemental bullet, but honestly I rather tend to question how you would hold that many sets of normal bullets and the elementals AND sufficient HP/MP potions without buying extra item slots. But hey, you did say funding wasn't an issue, so yes, realize you may want to upgrade your inventory there. Decide which end-game gun you will want. Many people settle on the Concerto when they're low-str, but some go for D.Fire revolver (bear in mind you'll have to come up with 10 more STR somewhere though). Just figure out how much STR you're going to have with you equips, and see what you're aiming for. A well scrolled end-game gun alone can easily cost you more than 700 mil, as nicely pre-scrolled guns are rare, and scrolling yourself is often disastrous unless you have some amazing luck (I've blown up more guns now than I care to think about).
