What could cause a ban from maple?

Hi i posted a topic like this a few weeks ago. i was banned from maple for using "illegal programs, or violating the TOS" and i'm just wondering what could have caused it. at the time i was running Windows media Player, and i was also running a Bit Torrent Downloading program called BitLord. Could those be the cause? or what else could be the cause? i'm going to post a link of a screenshot of my current running processes to see if any of those could also influence it. yea, that's what i was thinking too. but i'm just looking for other reasons. or my other assumption was that it could have been a glitch. due to me being at Typhons training, and on my ranger my Mortal Blow hit, and it had dced me 2-3 times before that. then i got banned. so i really don't know. Nexon has denied it is their problem, and didn't even look into it for glitches. so i'm thinking it could be because of the bit torrent.
