I can't charge my pre-paid card?

Kay so as the title says, I can't charge my pre-paid card to my Nexon account. Yes, I have checked the code 10000000x times to make sure it is correct; Yes, I have not mistaken a O for an 0, or something like that. Is this a glitch because of the recent server check earlier this morning or is it something else? I would absolutely hate to know I spent $33.90 for nothing. o_o"

Contacting Nexon seems like the only thing you can do right now.

I had the same issue as well for the 10,000 Nexon Card. It kept telling me it was an invalid for a while so I logged a ticket with Nexon explaining my issue. When I logged on I noticed it had been charged. I'm not sure if it was Nexon's doing or if the prompt isn't right. Check out if see if you have it charged or not.

Scratch the card completely, same thing happened to me but I thought an F was a 7 because there was a little of the shiny stuff left on it.

If it gives invalid pin error, try it again in a few hours =)

if it dont work e mail it to nexon and they will give you your nx

In replies to your questions: I charged it on the site, under "Charge Account". What i said was it was an "invalid pin", even after I tried it a few times. Thanks for the advice, I think I'll try again soon since I tried a couple hours earlier; if it doesn;'t work, I'll send an email to Nexon.
