what is the best laptop brand to play maplestory?

which brand works the best with maple, as well as performing well on other gaming stuff? edit: hey, different companies put different amounts of effort into creating their computers. just pay attention to the second part of my question

Asus computers are the best of the best. Toshiba = sucky customer service and they use refurbished parts. HP = Oh god, worst brand out there. Seriously. Sony = Too expensive.

Asus is extremely cheap for its hardware, thats why I bought mine. It runs MS fine, and it also runs COD4 perfectly.

Lol, well if you're loaded, everyone knows about Alienware, they say they have the best of the best gaming computers, but you pay a lot for the name. It's not really about the "brand" it's mostly in the RAM i'd say. My favorite brand is HP though, got a 8G Ram and can run like 4 games at once with no lag, its great =)

Its not about the brand, its about the tech specs. More RAM and Memory, faster speed. Now certain companies give you more bang for your buck in terms of memory and speed and what not. I would suggest Dell. They make some sick nasty upper tier laptops with great specs for under $1000. Or Sony Vaio's even they are great laptops too.

If all you're gonna do is game on this machine, then you'll need a fast cpu and lots of ram. A computer with a 64bit os might be your best bet since they can support 4Gb of ram and more if you need to. Also the video card is important; alot of the more graphic intensive games require 512Mb of video ram or more to run properly. If it was just for maple then any old machine can work for you. I play maple on a dell optiplex gx260 (a really old dell from '03) and maple runs fine.
