Threaten was worthless to me. One of the most terrible skills from my experiences. Sure it reduced damage, but it slowed down training every time you used it equivalent to Charged Blow, except it didn't even do damage where as Charged Blow did. The only point I found was trying to hit a new maximum damage (like 10K, 15K, 20K). Since it works on bosses now, it may be a bit more useful, but I don't know just how great reducing 20 is. I'd add to it anyways, nothing better to add to. You can't go hybrid anyways, as you'd have to split elements among weapons, which would cause inconvenience and chaos.

^Upon Bigfoot, it reduces about 500 damage, give or take. And like in the case of my Hero friend, it could mean life or death at certain bosses.
