Can't Sell Reciever!

I can't seem to sell my agent C's titanium reciever.. its clean (2luk 2dex 4 slot for lvl 10). The one that doesnt expire. I'm selling for 40mil but no one seems to want it. I looked around in fm and saw some sold for 60mil, and my friend sold his for 50mil. Can I get a p/c on the item? and if anyone wants to buy pm on basil. -Thank You This is in Scania.

I'm so happy I scrolled mine. 2 Agent Chaos's made it 8 Dex 2 Luk, 2 slots. Sold it for 90m. It was probably a bad deal, but i don't really care. They didn't cost me anything :D

Yea I don't want to risk scrolling since it might get worse..... and plus im starting to run low on money
