Can Someone Hack Your Account if They Dont Have Any Info?

Well my friend just got a few rare items and got rich, and apparently he made this guy mad. So the dude kept on saying he was going to hack my friends account. So my friend got all worried, and asked me for help. So can someone hack you if they don't know the Username, Password, and Pin of the person that they want to hack? Plz answer :D Ty

No. Unless the guy managed to keylog him it's not happening. The guy was just mad. Unless he had the resources to break into the nexon database and get the encrypted password. (I assume it's encrypted.)

Keyloggers don't work. RATs, primarily used in botnets are effective at retrieving all three; RATs gather all typed information, take screen shots in a set interval and can be set to take a screenshots on mouse click. However, there is theoretically a much more sinister way to gather information using RATs: By creating a hex dump of certain addresses, anyone with a bypass can inject the values (i.e. your login, password and pin) straight into their MapleStory client. However, RATs are a thing of the past. Creating zombie computers out of computers with tech-illiterate users is their only use nowadays. Most anti-viruses should catch them the minute they execute.

What about using a pulse of thalaron radiation? They aren't used in botnets. Botnets normally abuse security flaws to install software on the PC. You don't need to be able to screenshots or anything associated with such a tool as you imply. You then backtrack and say the opposite of what you just did in the 3rd paragraph. I gather what you mean is that they read the values of your personal info from the memory and then send it back. Which is a silly suggestion, you'd have to get a tool to read said values on the infected PC. In which case, why use a remote admin tool? You then say 'inject the values'. Well what does that techno-babble mean? Why not just open the client and type them in yourself? sushininja, ignore the threats. They are made up and nothing to worry about.

Without an anti-virus, RATs can be pretty useful. Subseven for instance. It can open the command prompt and relay any message to the infected computer. It can hide the taskbar or select individual taskbar buttons to hide, among many other things.
