I'm going to Korea in the summer to study for a month, but I still want to play GMS there. does anybody know how I could play GMS there without being ip blocked?

If your Account is made back in 06/07 before Nexon made the IP block then yes you can.

FroznSolidlol i agree with hissi, but on another note, the same thing that allows ppl in US to play KMS, wouldn't it work? unless KMS doesn't IP Ban

I went there last summer, and I used something called Hotspot Shield. It was pretty laggy, but it worked. Someone told me they blocked it, but I don't know, give it a try. link
