Staff or wand?

OK so i was wondering. Which is better? The shine wand or wisdom staff.

They both have the same M.atk; Wisdom Staff just has 50 more HP on average, and 50 less MP.

Shine = looks in most peoples opinion Wisdom = Better because of HP bonus for when you go himes and bosses.
