A man diagnosed with split personality commits murder. The one who commit the murder was his evil side. Should they both go to jail?

If he admits to having a psychological problem such as a split personality then he could be sent to a rehabilitation center.

They can't both leave, if one is murdered. And since the evil one is left and did the murdering, he can't leave because he can't change personality anymore. Dang, people here don't have good logic. :P

The Evil side committed murder and suicide. They would be dead and wouldn't be sent to jail. The End.
