Do you agree with that? If so, do you also think that everyone deserves a third/fourth/fifth chance? How many times do you think people should get another chance?

I mean, there's not a 100% chance a murderer who killed a family of 3 will change and be a part of friendly society after like 5 years in jail. I say if it's anything as serious as to be send to jail for more than a few months, (not juvi) OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!
