Laptop messed up.

Sorry Mr. B and the Mods, this aint Maple related but I get no answers in the Non-MS Tech K, for about a week now, my Laptop wont charge the battery. I've tried following the troubleshooting thing for it, which told me to take it out, turn off my laptop, and put it back after a while, it didn't work, I tried banging on it, no help, I tried repeatedly taking out the adapter, and I have tried swearing at it, none of these helped >.> It's currently at 5% available, and it says it's plugged in but not charging. I'm on a vista home premium laptop and I'm using a lithium-ion battery. If anyone knows what's wrong with my laptop, or can tell me something to help, that would be great.

Take it to a computer repair shop.

I had this problem before with another computer. Its probably a hardware problem. What happened to me, was that my battery was messed up. Just find another battery on amazon or ebay and buy one. That should fix it.

No offense, but if it's not Maple related and you don't get any answers in Non MS Tech you'll most likely just get told to get more RAM in MS Tech. Sounds like a dead battery to me. If you have any warranty left, take it to get repaired.

The battery could die at anytime. If the battery doesn't charge then it's a charger or battery problem.
