ey, im gonna buy a card and wondering which is better. 4830 or 4670 but with 1gb of dedicated memory. ONe thing i dont understand is the 4670 is older but has the same clock speed as the 4870? thanks.. also please recommend me a good graphics card to run gta 4 very good, also btw if u link me a graphics card plz let it be from a Canadian store

if you're looking at 80-90 dollar cards, then the 4830 if you have a bit more then 4770 what's the conversion rate to usd?

I suggest a 4770 . New card, pretty good for the price range.

For the record, the 4870 and the 4850 are the two oldest cards in the series. Also, 4770 > 4830.

But the actual performance is most affected by the GPU it uses. Same goes for clock speed; it doesn't determine the actual performance of the card. The 4830 and 4870 have significantly more powerful GPU than the 4670, which make them significantly more powerful than the 4670 despite having lower video memory and clock speeds.
