Is leeching bannable?

Sorry if there has been a bunch of these threads already. I was wondering if leeching Bigfoot is bannable now...a lot of people I knew got banned for just leeching at Harps and Hoodoos/Voodoos. They were NOT leeching with a form of illegal transaction (money), and they were not hacking. They have no other explanation for their bans...so I'm pretty confused. I was planning to leeching from 60-70, and I want to know if it's bannable before I do it. O:

However it usually gives a 1day suspention on your account, unless youve done something big against the tos in which case it may give a week or so. But im pretty sure that perma bans and month suspentions are given by GM's. Also, people perma removed from ranking were banned for hacking. other bans are generally placed back on the board after there ban is over. This of course, doesnt count for the people banned when the rank system was new where all(or at least the pple that didnt inform nexon) banned people were kept removed. even the people who had requested there bans for several reasons(to keep them from playing after they "quit"etc...)

basically if i buy a leech from someone for mesos, i cant get banned...is that correct?

What I dont get with this "NO outside Cash NX thing is" Now more ppl are buying stuff with nx in the MTS. They sell this stuff for mesos, so are they not esencially trading real money for Leeching? Think about it as far fetched as it may seem if you buy stuff in the MTS and sell for meso then trade thouse mesos for leech you in theory could be going against the ToS...Lmao At TS: If you are really that worried just train your character, if you are gonna leech then only leech with a guildie or freind on Buddy..personally I say just train..its all part of the game patience..after all a good solo boss fight later can take hours, lol!

I belive that alot of people leeching that are getting banned are A) Gifting 2x and B) Buying snail shells (Or whatever) through the MTS as a way of paying in NX for leech. This would be against the ToS. Although if you think about it..Gifting should be considered a legal means but always gets confusing on how Nexon will look at the transaction. The safest way is NOT to leech then there's no worries is all I am saying! xD Edit: Lmao Nice Hair on the guy below me! and I also agree never have agreed with hangin on a rope to get experience but Nexon did come out with an official response back in Sept 08, so unless they change it (Which they can it is ther game and at anytime they wish.) its the way things are.
