So i was walking through NLC and i got permanent banned, i wasnt doing anything wrong i was just jumping and walking, is there a way to get back my account?

There's a slight possibility, because GMs are auto-banning people if they're on the same map on a hacker. Were you on a map with a hacker?

You had to be doing something. For you to be perma banned, an actual Gm has to ban you.

Did you get a "HAD" (Hacking attempt detected)? If not, then you might have probably been in a map with a hacker. GM police take a while to observe players, then ban them. Sorry to assume, but: A)You are/were a hacker B)You were on the same map with a hacker. (Regardless of what you were doing) C)You leeched.

The same thing happened to a noob cleric of mine today. I logged a ticket but not exactly hopeful that they will avoid sending a generic reply stating there is nothing they can do. Best of luck to you. This is exactly why I don't play on my main anymore. Too many wrongful bannings happening.
