The time frame in when the account was made really matters. A common way to link is to copy and paste the url into your comment. When you try to submit it, if you are not allowed to post a link yet, it will tell you so. However, if it doesn't you have made a link! However, I believe you need to wait about 1 month to make links. You may be wondering why, and I tell you the reason is simple. Mr.Basil does not want users abusing there powers to link.
