When u get the allowence what do u do with it? How do u get the prepaid cards?

You go to Mom and Dad first (Henesys Hunting Ground 2), who TELL you to retrieve a mouse from Mr. Spot in Kerning City. Then, Mr. Spot TELLS you to go back to Mom and Dad to get your allowance to "buy" a Nexon Cash Card (after you get the mouse from him). After you talk to Mom and Dad again, they give you 500 EXP and your ALLOWANCE. Then, you go back to Mr. Spot and get your Nexon Cash Card. This quest can be done once every 24 hours. EDIT: The "Nexon Cash Cards" turn into Maple Points at the end of the event.

Doesn't anyone actually read it? You don't get NX Cash. You get MAPLEPOINTS.
