i did the hair quest on imamofothief my main and his hair was greyish dishevled so i use coupon cause it could not get worse and guess what i got BLACK DISHEVLED am i able to get a new coupon by trade or am i stuck and i got the cool hair on my noobs life is unfair

You cannot trade the coupon. And you cannot change your hair style without the use of NX. It's like the coupons in the Cash Shop. You can only use it once, and if you want to change you have to purchase NX. Alot of people have sad stories about there hair today. If you don't want to get a sad hair, then don't risk it. I got the hair with the bald patch X_x, but that was with my mule. I already had Antagonist with my main, so it's all good. xD
