what time is it?

I am so confused. My phone says 9:12, computer says 8:11, but we got daylight savings time as well. Shouldn't it be7:12 though? I never changed my laptop time(unless it can changed itself.) so that's making it even weirder. The worst part is I'm not in my usual time zone so I'm one hour back. I thought the clocks move back one hour not forward.

They do, In my time zone its 9:19. So here's what you do, Turn on your tv. Look at your news channel, and check the time. Most likely your computer changed by its self and your phone did not. Times supposed to go back an hour.
