Is it possible to get 100% dex, str, in or luk?

Out of the equips? If so what equips will i need and how much would it cost?

It's possible, yes by using multiple equips but it will cost you tens of billions in mesos or a ridiculous amount of NX to cube everything along with epic amounts of luck to get the right stats.

Asumming you can get at least 20% on 5 pieces of equips which will cost a couple bil unless you wanna farm ur own potential stuff which is better.

I currently have 182% luck and can still get about 50% more. Each 15-21% equip costs 1-2.1bil.

Most of my equips took 20- to get to unique and then 10-40 more to get 15-27% luck, but some like my mask took around 500 to even get unique. Do not cube 2 lined items, you will be less satisfied and will over-cube. Took around 1-2 weeks total to self cube. Edit: MY personal advice is to focus on a weapon. More satisfactory results and outcomes that make you just a little less pissed. I must have cubed my katara about 700 times and never got tired of seeing new outcomes, but eventually got 15% attack with 30% boss.. which means stop.
