REVIEW & INFO on Ulu City

First of all, those confused on how to get to Ulu City, there's a caution sign on the right side of the truckers map (In singapore). I recommend Ulu for lvls 80+. Now, with all this "Duku" training spot hype, it's not as great as it seems, there are some negs and positives. *The Duku map in general is perfect. It has a huge map for range and --> then a sub map for close range and --> then inside that sub map, there's a mini dungeon for even closer range :P & also no more ccing for a free ch. *Duku's do around 2k - 2.1k on me so the damage received isn't too bad. *Duku's exp is 5000 - HP 90,000 - LVL 115 *For those slow attackers/close range attackers, there is a downside training there. If you do not have invinceframe, an ice-based attack or a fast attack move, you will get STUNNED. Yes, Duku's STUN & they do it pretty often. (also another monster in Ulu city stuns, the car with all the tress inside). *Spawn is great in the sub map and mini map. The main Duku map I say is for sniping. ----------------------------------------- OTHER INFO. *People who want to FIND Krexel (the tree boss), you must get to the MAIN Duku map and then locate a tree in the center of that map which will take you to some tall building that you must climb. *Once you get to the TOP of the tall building, there will be a portal that you can go in but it won't allow you to go in without 2 special items. * How to get these 2 special items? Go to Boat Quay and talk to that old man all the way to the -----> and he will give you a quest. The quest is pretty easy. @ the end of the quest, he will give you the 2 items. THE END. EDIT: You must also be lvl 70+ to enter Ulu City says that website. I think it means to enter the boss, not the Ulu City maps. EDIT AGAIN: People have been telling me that the Krexel map has been glitched. Once someone goes inside and leaves, it doesn't open again. Just like the Capt. Latanica situation we had long ago. I guess we have to wait for another SC for it to be fixed ):

I guess but unless you have a invinceframe? or kill fast? Or a ice based attack?

Well arans do have pkb, and ice charging makes -70 speed duku even slower? o_o

So, how is Ulu City for an early 8x character? It would seem it's not that great for my Paladin, but my next-highest levels are all high 7x and low 8x.

Sikeatric Yes, it's out now. Follow my instructions to get there. MMan222 I guess 8x is good enough, cause there are easier monsters than Duku. When you first walk in the Ulu maps, there are monsters that give you 1.8k or something?

Duku's map is mainly designed for Ice AM's, I been talking about this Map a Year before it was supposed to be released in GMS.
