Godly Witch Hat Dilemma!

Big Bang is right around the corner so I've decided to start funding my future Mechanic. Since the primary stat is DEX I was aiming for hats with Dex or Str. I made these 2 very nice witch hats and they are both very good but the question is. "Which one do I use?" The Hats: http://i51.tinypic.com/242u241.png I could go low Str at first and raise Dex more if I use the +19 str hat. The other option is the +15 dex hat. What do you think I should use?

It depends on your other DEX equips and if you're going dexless.

The 19th STR Hat would be the better choice, unless you decide to enhance your DEX Hat 3 times to keep it up to par. Edit: @Ravith, I would've said something along those lines, but he would've called me a "troll", lul.

This should be pretty obvious. See, if you use the 19str hat, you can put 19 more points on dex, instead of str, make it the same as having a 19dex hat while putting stats on str. Now, the difference between those two is that one you can replace for a lower secondary skill, which is favored, with a zhelm. The 15 dex hat could be used too (I don't see why though), except when you get a zhelm, you will be 15 str above what you need.. while the 19str hat will keep your secondary stat moderately the same while adding a nice boost to dex. On top of that, the 19str hat means you'll be able to add 19 onto dex in replace of str, while the 15dex hat will only have you end up adding points into str to wear your equipment.

Look at this way- 19 str helm gives you 28 stats with its 9 dex. What does the 15 dex one give :P

I too have started funding a mechanic, but mine is gonna be STRless and ive already stocked up on the Alien Guns including a VIP one. If you have the funding s to do this, then i suggest you do. Go for Dex, dex, and more dex!
