Can Scammers Get Banned?

I was just reading a thread of someone who scammed people off NX. I was wondering if scammers get banned from Maple, or is it just hackers that get banned?

Scammers can get banned depending on what the scam is and if you have proof.

If your read what it says on the ToS and the little pop-up thing you see when you report someone, it clearly states "DO NOT report trade scams or fame scams, or you can be the on getting banned." So no, they can't. Long story short, it's YOUR fault if you get scammed. No third party program was used by the other players besides using their brain to manipulate stupid kids.

if you have proof you can get banned but that rarely happens

well back then they did have a report part for "Scamming" but got took out because it was a waste of time could be like billions of scam requests

I've been banned before for scamming. I'm going to say about 4-5 years ago when everyone was stupid.

Did you scam someone?.... OT: No, it clearly says you shouldn't report scammers because it was mainly your fault. However, I do believe that you get suspended a day or something for misconduct?

The only people who get banned are the people who decrease Nexon's profit. Scammers and hackers don't affect Nexon's profit.

they are SUPPOSED to get banned. the GM's are supposed to be batman i guess. and apparently theres alot of villians in gotham city D:

Only NX scamming is against the ToS so technically scamming is not illegit, but is not considered very nice..
