PAC or %LUK cape?

I have a 8dex 2atk pac and without I still have enough dex to equip a timeless weapon. If I should get a %LUK cape, what level would it be and how much do you think a 3% or higher luk cape would go for?

Maybe use a pac for now and when you reach 4th job at which you should have at least a nice 600-700 luk then switch to a %luk cape.

Even better yet, you could buy a blackbull cloak which is 4att clean. Its lvl100 so you can get pretty good potential from it

%luk is way better, potential killed pacs, facestompers, and to a certain extent atk wg

I guess I'll just stick with my pac until I have at least 600 -700 luk. But ty any guys! (:
