Which of the two are more powerful?

My Characters: LanDude - 71 Broa I/L Mage

Genesis PostBB Max level 30: -600 MP, 1700% damage to up to 15 enemies, +20% critical chance, 30 seconds cooldown. PreBB Max level 30: -3500 MP, 670 basic attack to up to 15 enemies. Dark Genesis PostBB Max level 30: -300 MP, 1800% damage, 90% chance to stun for 4 seconds, 30 seconds cooldown. Increases Lightning damage to 1600% damage. Dark on neutral, Reg Gen on Holy Weak monsters.

I would love to get to Dark Gen for the fun of how cool using it looks :O (even with a cool down) but I know my fear of GMS is going to make them need NX for books and after my Dual Blader I am not finding it quite worth it.

Dark Genesis is gonna be the best good/tight/awesome/incredible/best Ultimate so far. Ima make a battle mage just for the ultimate. : )
