any time i get something new that we can both enjoy (and is not in my room) like an HDTV, Video Game, or System, he always has to make it sound like its personally mine and he never uses it so he can get more stuff for himself that he does not share AT ALL.

Dang, that sucks. My brother and I share our games and work together for the platinum trophies on the PS3 games. Being the one to get a game has only meant whoever got it gets to play it first. Although if he gets too addicted to a game and wont get off I pull the "I bought the PS3" thing.
