Plagiarism on Basilmarket's "Screen" section

Hello Basil, Some people on Basilmarket are reposting old screenshots onto the site made by others and taking credit for them. Not to be specific with any BasilIDs, these people are using a stupid excuse of "credit goes to someone else " (vague, isn't it?),"lolol i found this while looking for screens", "it's a really good screen and people deserve to see it", and "some people might not have been here long enough to see these posts". I say something must be done about this issue. I suggest that these users serve a short suspension in their deed as well as their "likes" and medals confiscated. Another point is that screenshots should be actively checked on by site moderators to enforce these laws. Please keep in mind that I have seen TONS of active plagiarism on the site. These acts done by users are also so easily done, in fact, they could just go onto the "Most popular screens of all time" section of the site, save the picture, and upload it themselves. In the end, the screenshot or picture they have uploaded has a "<3 basilmarket.com/_____" (with the uploader's Basil ID) branded on the picture. In other words, plagiarism is a crime and I am very dissapointed in users that discredit original posters and use the work for themselves. I encourage users to actively fish out users that participate in this and report it to mods with the original post. Also, I suggest that moderators should be wired into this subject, actively looking for users that do this. Please do something about this growing problem. Thank you for your input, Odysseus.

PLAIGERISM: some guy wants to use a quote in his essay, but forgets where he got it from. He doesn't put the name or source. THIS IS CONSIDERED PLAIGERISM. also, for posting pictures, you need PERMISSION FROM THE CREATOR. The poster of the picture hasn''t done anyone of the two.

I dislike these screens with a burning passion. Sadly, I don't think I can do anything about it since it is, after all, MrBasil accepting these (and even front paging them...).

" The user that was posting most of this material was using the excuse of "posted by someone long ago", not being specific with any user's name and also farming "Like its" as well. Hell, he didn't even know the BasilID of the original poster.

I wouldn't call it plagiarism since it technically isn't. Of course, it is morally wrong but not 100% legally wrong. Credit is given just not proper credit. I am against users doing so. Users should not be able to post or repost art/videos that belongs to another user/player/ex-user/ex-player/etc. Accounts that do such should be banned for such actions.
