So I was buying pots in Leafre and suddenly some guy came in and killed me somehow. Well it looked like he blasted me so I assume he killed me.

I SAW THAT ! In Scania, IGN:Jnert i think is the hacker. She killed alot of people. she went to paragon/eternity's guild and killed a couple of people :P

Ok ladies and gentlemen, from observing some random in bera fm exploding people (he kept changing characters. Names i picked up were BernieMadof and MrBasilMarket or something along those liens), this is how it works: 1. The hacker walks around looking for his target(s). 2. He glows blue, blue chains appear around him, and 2 yellow things which look like the material from the Visitor Representative Ship chair appear around his head. Very obvious and easy to spot, no idea why no one else notices it. Also, sometimes the hacker takes 1 damage as well, but it doesn't seem to happen every time (or maybe I just missed it). 3. Something falls from the sky and deals massive damage to everyone in the area AND the hacker as well (i.e. the hacker dies as well). From seeing it happen so many times, it looks like the animation which you get when the snowballs from the xmas event a few years back landed on you, or that NX shower animation. So in conclusion, if you see people glow blue with two blue chains crossed over that person and yellow alien-looking things floating around him, keep away.

Guys, the thing that's killing people is the bomb from alien PQ. Hackers are exploiting the packet that causes the alien bomb to appear and explode on the hacker himself. Unfortunately, the bomb will not only kill the hacker, but also everyone else in the vicinity. So basically, try and stay away from anyone glowing blue, and just wait out till next patch/whenever Nexon gets around to fixing this issue.
