Why are some people so bad at using Basil?

This is a rant thread. >:3 This isn't too important but I've wanted 100 positive feedback on Basil for a while and it's become increasingly hard to obtain. Getting negative feedback from a person who never even OPENED my message trying to set up a time is just really sad to me. I figured he just didn't check Basil or MS often so I left positive saying I'd wait for him to respond. Today I find that he sent me negative feedback saying I'm never on at the same time he is. My message to him clearly stated that since I haven't seen him on I'd like to set up a time to trade and apparently he never even bothered opening it and just left negative feedback. I really hate some people.

That is why it's important to leave accurate feedback. Also, you can screen shot the unopened PMs from him in your outbox (they will be yellow) and submit a ticket to see if you can get the negative FB removed

You can submit a ticket to get that negative feedback removed, but you must have good reason. Good luck! ninja darn ninja D:

I got negative feedback because when I found him, he never had enough money to buy what I sold. I even PM'ed him and he never responded. To top it off, he said I was never on yet his playing times never indicated a time-zone. Fail.

You were suppose to give a negative feedback if he didn't respond to your PMs and if the trade didn't go through. We will not be able to help you if you leave positive and they leave you negative. [/quote] but you should still try and submit a ticket. include screenshots etc like the aboves has said. It's worth a shot (better than doing nothing)
