I normally like HuffingtonPost's coverage, but the guy who wrote this article makes Chicken Little sound like a rational citizen. I plan to watch the hearing to get more actual detail on this issue. It sounds like they're saying the owner of a house who lets crack dealers use the house to sell drugs can have his house padlocked. That sounds like a good thing.

I can see what might become of such a blacklist, but I feel that whoever wrote the article is being somewhat of a sensationalist. There's no way in hell the gov't would block youtube.

There's something in America called the First Amendment, guaranteeing the freedom of speech and expression. If the government censors the internet, then our rights as listed in the First Amendment are violated, and thus violating the Bill of Rights, which gives us the subsequent right to rebel if we want (as in John Locke's Social Contract). I've already signed this thrice, and gotten my friends all to sign it.
