I believe this is an event pq but my brother is saying its a permanent and the that temp event is actually the Ninja one. He claims "everyone" in his buddy list is saying its permanent.

There is no mention on the site that the PQ has an expiry date... if it was temporary, they would have said when it ends. Therefore, it's permanent.
