Are Bishops Really the Best?

Hey guys, I was just wondering, are bishops the most effective in killing large mobs? And are they as powerful as everyone says? If so, I would like to train one so I can help out people that need it. I also want a beast character lol. Please put your responses, I'd appreciate it

They're not the best, but they're one of the most efficient mob killers.

Just wait until BB comes out, then they'll disappear =D So I wouldn't bother making one now, since genesis will get a 30 seconds cooldown =.=

They arent the most powerful, just efficent mobbers. after big bang, this will change a bit, they wont be as good at mobbing (with a 30 sec cooldown), but they will still make good mobbers with big bang + AR

Aww alright, thanks for the help guys. I guess the BB is a bishop's nightmare in that sense. But do any of you have recommendations as to what class I should choose if the bishops aren't going to be as cracked up as they should be?

nah they just happen to have a mobbing skill and just so happen to heal and buff bishops are going to drop at bb but NOT ME =3 well..... prolly o.o idk

Nah, we get awesome AR, better buffs and better Big Bang after BB. So we don't really fail. However, take into consideration that it takes a long time to get to 4th job. If that is your highest level character, consider more how fast it gets to 3rd job, and how good 3rd job is.

Bishop are horrible and not worth playing for gameplay ATM, besides at bosses. After big bang i'm all for making one. But i wont since i already got one. Above is IMO.

actually, if you are talking about a mob of like 15....and they all have like 10 mill hp... >:3 Blaze wizards or night walker or f/p win. (flame gear/poison bomb/mist = 40 second kill + they can speed it up with their attacks :D) for normal purposes, yes, a bishop or a/m will probably win.

I greatly appreciate all of your inputs. You guys really helped out and I think I might have come to my decision. Btw, 4th is no easy matter, I'm aware of that, but it's not impossible. I was just wanting to know which 4th job would be most effective against all mobs. Once I get my answer I would definitely train diligently and eventually make it to my goal. But again, thanks for the help guys
