Am I the only one who hasn't gotten my gachapon code from the Great Gachapon Giveaway thingy?

Your account has to be active and made before july something like that, and they sent it to everyone that meets the requirements, its probably trapped in your pile of mail so scroll down and check it out.

There was a list of "winners" on the Poptag! page. This list included people who didn't even win, apparently... some friends who didn't participate received tickets, while I got zip. If you really want your tickets, contact Nexon, I've heard they are giving them away pretty freely if you explain your situation...
