Who the heck is Aramia and what with this Book?

I got Aramias Book and im completely lost because ive never seen this item nor the character. can someone explain its use?

It's from an old quest, apparently, where fake bosses spawned in Henesys Park after everyone turned in so many books. A lot of people are supposedly getting them as a drop, so nobody's sure whether it's a glitch from the last patch (since there seem to be a few), or if there's another event like it coming.
