After quitting my job in May '10 (which was a stupid move- I should've asked for a break instead), I started re-applying to numerous places starting in August. Places I have applied to so far: 1. Baskin Robbins 2. Ruggles Green 3. Starbucks location #1 4. Starbucks location #2 5. Young Chefs Academy 6. Robek's Smoothies 7. Berripop (re-applied) Thinking of applying to: 1. Starbucks #1 (again, but this time not online) 2. Starbucks #3, located inside a Barnes&Noble 3. Smoothie King 4. Smashburger Last resorts: 1. Randall's 2. OfficeMax Anyone else having trouble finding a job? If not, where do you work?

I first worked at a local restaurant and got really sick so I quit. Then I worked at Starbuck's and I hated it so I quit that last year. Then I worked at California Pizza Kitchen which is good but they demanded too many hours so I quit that too. This summer I worked for the City under Community Development but I had to go on vacation so I quit that as well. Now I think I'm going to apply for a local Book Store. I think I got the job booked seeing I have a lot of experience for a 17-year-old, lol. Plus, I speak two languages which they really want. If not I'm going for Peet's Coffee. Jobs aren't hard to look for as long as you really try hard to apply for them. Get your resume out and go out and find one!
