| If you mean 3lined potential, it depends on your total strength and attack with both I believe. Generally though, you should aim to scroll a decent attack on a 3lined lvl 80+ shield, but it isn't necessary persay..... |

| i think theres a <decent> skill for shield but im not sure on that. 3 line level 80+ shield i would assume is better, depending on how much %str you can get on it. the 20 attack will be good until you get really nice potential stuff. You can always ATK scroll your level 80+ and hope for hte best? |
